Job Description:
This is a support position that primarily provides coaching (product, systems and soft skills) to sales and service agents to improve their confidence and competence/ performance on the job. The role seeks to improve operational efficiency by guiding and developing the sales staff. This includes improving the quality of sales and improving the quality of the Customer Experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify coaching needs through evaluation of calls, reports or TL requests
- Undertake 1:1 and group coaching sessions and assessments
- Undertake requisite reporting/feedback, and post coaching monitoring
- Maintain stakeholder and client relationships
Job Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Preferable a coaching qualification (i.e. diploma or ETDP)
- Preferably financial services /call centre experience/sales environment
- Preferably coaching/training experience.
- MS: Office (Excel, Word, PP, Outlook)
- Thought Express/Vici dialer (or other similar systems)
- Financial services industry knowledge (basic)
- Financial services product knowledge (MiWayLife))
- Relevant compliance regulations (i.e.: FICA, POPIA etc)
- MWL systems and processes (service and sales related)
- Underwriting and claims processes/rules
- Quality assessment processes and practices
- Coaching methodology and processes
- Keen developer of people
- Able to build trust and rapport

- Good communicator /Listening skills
