Job Description:
The role involves working within a professional office environment to administer adjudication applications, working with a panel of professionals, understanding building and construction industry legislation whilst also processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering phone enquiries
- Handling correspondence between industry participants and adjudicators
- Data entry to add and maintain records
- Raising sales invoices and receiving payments
- Processing supplier invoices and payments
- Arrange couriers and mail deliveries
- Maintain office and postal supplies
Job Requirements:
- Proven administration experience in a busy office environment
- Adaptable and flexible with ability to learn and manage a variety of processes
- Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Some accounting experience preferred
- Experience with Reckon or other similar accounting software would be an advantage
