Job Description:

The role involves working within a professional office environment to administer adjudication applications, working with a panel of professionals, understanding building and construction industry legislation whilst also processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone enquiries
  • Handling correspondence between industry participants and adjudicators
  • Data entry to add and maintain records
  • Raising sales invoices and receiving payments
  • Processing supplier invoices and payments
  • Arrange couriers and mail deliveries
  • Maintain office and postal supplies

Job Requirements:

  • Proven administration experience in a busy office environment
  • Adaptable and flexible with ability to learn and manage a variety of processes
  • Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Some accounting experience preferred
  • Experience with Reckon or other similar accounting software would be an advantage
