Job Description:

PathCare is a dynamic, purpose driven, and values-based Pathology and Diagnostic laboratory, caring for the health of patients while offering support and expertise to medical professionals.

We are embarking on a systems-renewal process that includes exciting new projects and are looking for an experienced Angular frontend developer with a passion for user interfaces to form part of our team to review legacy systems, consolidate, re-design, develop and/or migrate to new generation platforms. Our software development team creates enterprise and client facing applications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work both individually and as part of a team to develop complete user interfaces from design concept to implementation
• Write high-quality, well-documented and efficient code, and related test scripts that conform to PathCare standards
• Cooperating with the back-end developer(s) in the process of building the RESTful API to ensure technical feasibility

Job Requirements:

• Solid experience of Angular 7 or higher with JavaScript/Typescript
• Solid experience with RESTful API integration
• Ability to create self-contained, reusable, and testable Angular modules and components
• SQL experience
• Experience working in an agile team highly beneficial (JIRA software)
• Pipeline: Jenkins, Flyway, Docker
• Relevant tertiary qualification(s)
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
• Innovative and creative thinker
• User empathy, passion for UX and UI
• Ability to stay ahead with current industry trends and standards
• Proven delivery record and ability to work without close supervision
