Job Responsibilities:

  • Be a central point of action between the Visitors and Employees.
  • In charge of office cleanliness and serving coffee/tea for Management
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc
  • Provide assistance to management meetings and prepare the meeting/ conference room
  • Reports will be communicated to the HR & Admin Manager

Job Requirements:

  • 2 Years experience as an Office Boy preferrably in GCC.
