Job Responsibilities:
- Be a central point of action between the Visitors and Employees.
- In charge of office cleanliness and serving coffee/tea for Management
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc
- Provide assistance to management meetings and prepare the meeting/ conference room
- Reports will be communicated to the HR & Admin Manager
Job Requirements:
- 2 Years experience as an Office Boy preferrably in GCC.
