We are currently recruiting for Kitchen Assistants for our impressive LUXE & Dine Islington Cinema. We are looking for someone who will work with the Kitchen Manager to prepare and serve a variety of high quality meals for our cinema guests. We are looking for someone that takes real pride in our kitchen operation and is passionate about delighting guests. Someone who enjoys the challenge of creating our food & beverage offering, so that our guests get the best possible experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Retail – Ensure the quality of the food from the kitchen drives additional and repeat purchases, delivered in a speedy and correct manner.
• Market Share – Support the Kitchen Manager by assisting on menu changes as required, delivering a high quality low cost offering that demands repeat visits. Consistantly bench marking our offering against the competition to identify and react to market trends.
• Commercial Performance – Maximise performance within my cinema by implementing strategies that improve performance across the key trading metrics whilst ensuring compliance in key cost areas relating to the food offering.
• People – Play a part in maximising the performance and potential of the team by being a part of on the job training.
