Job Description:
We are looking for an innovative actuary who is keen to apply themselves across a wider range of business problems, seeking challenges in product development and management, pricing, business analytics and business management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Degree in Actuarial Science with 2-4 years actuarial experience
- Experience with Actuarial software – Excel, SQL, Data visualization tools and cashflow projection tools would really help you out
- Strong communicator with an aptitude for building and maintaining relationships
- Self-starter who is comfortable dealing with uncertainty and juggling multiple projects
Job Requirements:
- Help us develop products with benefits that make a difference to our customers
- Ensure the pricing of our products are actuarially sound
- Manage relationships with our Finance community by managing updates of our business models and stakeholder documents
- Seek new ways to think about and understand the business, which help inform management actions
- Apply analytical techniques to solve business problems
- Help us better understand our place in the competitive landscape through competitor research
