Job Requirements:
- ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Degree/diploma in Human Resources
- ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5 years generalist experience in Human Resources
- Onboarding and Probation Management
- Performance Management
- Human Resources policies and procedures
- Recruitment and selection
- People Management practices
- Change leadership and change management
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
