Job Requirements:

• ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:  Degree/diploma in Human Resources
• ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:  5 years generalist experience in Human Resources
• Onboarding and Probation Management
• Performance Management
• Human Resources policies and procedures
• Recruitment and selection
• People Management practices
• Change leadership and change management
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

• HR Service Delivery insight and application
