The ultimate goal of the Insight & Analytics team at ASOS is to drive value from data. We partner with stakeholders to solve complex business problems by interrogating, interpreting and synthesising information about our customers, products, onsite experience and marketing, in light of market intelligence and strategic context to generate strategic insights. We ensure our decisions are focussed on fashion loving 20 somethings globally and support our short- and long-term financial targets. We love pushing the boundaries of our technical capabilities and championing a test and learn mindset. The ASOS customer is at the heart of everything we do.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in selecting appropriate methodology for and running qualitative and quantitative consumer research
  • Ability to draw insight and tell a compelling story from quantitative data and qualitative research
  • Confident meeting new stakeholders and understanding their requirements
  • Work with a wide range of stakeholders around the business to use research to support how we develop our product, proposition, and customer experience
  • Work across a wide range of topics – which could include anything from sustainable fashion, loyalty programmes, and general mood in the light of cultural events
  • Take ownership of our community platform management to ensure that we have an engaged set of customers ready to participate in research as we need to
  • Work closely with our CRM team to run research via our opted in customer base
