JetBlue Flight Attendant Jobs (Hiring) – Coordinator Inflight Crew

Job Description:

The Coordinator Inflight Crew is responsible for all aspects of Inflight Crewmember schedules within 48 hours and all operating pairings and open segments. The Coordinator ensures that during normal and irregular operations the integrity of the operation (IROP) is maintained while ensuring compliance with the Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company policies and procedures. The Coordinator demonstrates the highest level of customer service while coordinating with other departments and communicating with Crewmembers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitors company Electronic Mail
• Complete other duties as assigned by Crew Services Leadership
• Monitor and resolve operational disruptions and legalities for all pairings and schedules, to Inflight Crewmembers’ schedules and pairings in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) and company policies and procedures
• Other duties assigned
• Schedule and allocate Inflight reserve resources for the assignment of open flying and operational coverage Communicate and coordinate with
• System Operations to resolve daily operational irregularities
• Maintain daily checklists, shift logs, and provide verbal briefing as necessary and assigned
• Make close-in, critical Inflight Crewmember notifications as necessary

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
• Solid computer background including extensive use of Microsoft Office
• One (1) year of Scheduling and/or Operational Experience
• Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
• Successful completion of the pre-employment math assessment
• Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• One (1) year customer service or office experience
• Successfully completed Crew Scheduler Initial Training and on-the-job training or working towards the completion of the qualification
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
• Excellent organizational skills
• Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
• Strong mathematic skills
