Job Description:

Bishops (Diocesan College) is offering a Maths internship to those interested in entering the teaching profession.
The successful candidate would be a graduate who has completed his/her undergraduate studies with Maths 1 preferably Maths 2.

Job Requirements:

• be required to join the Maths department. He/she will be mentored in this department by teaching staff and will report to the Head of Department. Duties will include certain class teaching, preparation of class activities and being involved in the Maths support programme. The teacher mentor will provide the necessary guidance and support.
• be expected to complete assignments and pass all PGCE examinations.
• be required to carry out a range of duties during the week throughout the school year.
