Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team in the role of Manufacturing Plant Manager/ Site Supervisor to be based in Al Ain, UAE. In this role, you will leverage your team’s experience and skills to perform activities in a variety of cross-functional areas. You will prioritize team workload and drive excellent team outcomes. As a team supervisor, you will be responsible for responsible for leading the team by coaching and teaching them about lean thinking / continuous improvement, while achieving sustainable results in line with the site yearly objectives in order to deliver high impact to business results.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating production, automation, quality control, logistics control and material controls
  Plan capacity demands. Hire, train and develop personnel to ensure the demands of the customer are met.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or BSC Industrial or relevant Engineering
• Previous proven experience within a Site Supervisor role ideally within the Manufacturing industry
• Previous proven experience in establishing and managing lean manufacturing sites
• Previous proven Leadership experience
• A knowledge of principles and best practices
• Good team and communication skills
• An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
• A desire to continually improve processes and motivate change. A confident, resilient personality
• Confirmed ability to communicate and influence at all levels across all internal and external partners involving strong relationship building skills
• Excellent organization and planning skills
• A well-presented, articulate and professional in your approach
