Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide commercial teams with a 360 view of customers through ad hoc as well as routine analyses on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Utilize available reports or tools provided by analytics teams to understand purchase behavior, channel behavior, demographics, and engagement
  • Develop knowledge about the competitive landscape and utilize this information to ensure H&M secures local relevance when it comes to our market positioning and target markets
  • When needed, utilize survey and other voice of the customer tools to capture both existing and potential customers’ needs, expectations, attitudes, and preferences; identify opportunities for enhancing the total customer offer and customer journey
  • Partner with global business unit insight counterparts to stay in the know about global insights, projects, and resources
  • Share knowledge and implementation of insights across local and global teams as needed
  • Leverage internal and external customer data to gain a deep understanding of macro consumer and industry trends by sales channel, age group, and category; synthesize insights and guide teams to action
