Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting with special projects, testing and roll-outs (as required)
• Acting as back-up Trader (experience dependent)
• Developing and maintaining live dashboards, to provide technical and fundamental analysis, in order to identify market opportunities.
• Preparing economics and relevant documentation for term contracts and complex tenders including acting as the primary interface with our risk control, operations, optimization, schedulers and other supporting teams.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our trade execution process
• Developing complex global and regional balances to enhance opportunity identification across all markets, to inform trading opportunities
• Daily position monitoring, analysis and balancing resolving issues with our risk control team
• Evaluating upfront and after the fact (daily / monthly) trading economics

Job Requirements:

• Be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen, an entrepreneurial mind-set and analytical/IT skills
• Have experiences in support functions that enabled physical and paper trading, including risk management, trading analytics, scheduling and / or position matching
• Possess a broad range of personal effectiveness and leadership skills, with the ability to facilitate and influence business decisions in a multi-cultural team environment
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree, combined with Crude trade floor experience
• Have fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
