Job Description:
To coordinate, facilitate & support the integration of financial controls in the manage revenue cycle value chain and acquire customer value chain for the business and coordinate the financial reporting activities of the Revenue Management Centre
Job Responsibilities:
- Support in identifying, developing and implementing processes relating to the Revenue Management and GCS
- Support the financial reporting processes and monitor adherence to prescribed financial reporting standards and controls coordinate Revenue management activities
- Advise and provide support on Revenue management systems, processes, procedures and reports
- Ensure adherence to DOA and monitor the control process over the billing system user access
- Advise on and influence integration amongst the various MRCVC stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Relevant National Diploma (Finance)
- 3 Years’ Experience related experience in Revenue Management or Finance environment with audit exposure
- Advanced computer and technology literacy
- Excellent knowledge of Eskom financial systems with detailed knowledge of customer billing system, customer care/workflow system or other financial systems
- Good knowledge of financial statutory requirements
- General knowledge and understanding of PFMA’s, IFRS and tax legislation
- Knowledge of Eskom tariffs
- Knowledge of internal controls
