Job Description:

To lead the organization by formulating Eskom’s Security Technology/Training/Operations/Investigations/strategies/policies and preventing or minimizing effects on people, assets, processes, information and interests whilst satisfying legal and business required

Job Responsibilities:

• Develops and formulates Eskom security technology strategic directions, policies and standards in an environment of vigorous transformation and change
• Guides the selection and implementation of the Eskom Security solutions with regards to Technology/Investigations/Training/Operations
• Supports the Corporate Security Manager in providing business leadership for security in Eskom
• Manages internal and external stakeholder relations by developing and managing and maintaining strategic relationship and effective communication with

Job Requirements:

• Honours Degree/Post Graduate Qualification in Security Management/Policing/Forensic Investigations/Law at NQF 8 with 480 credits
• 7 years Management experience in Security Environment in a large organisation
• Private Security Industry Regulation Authority (PSIRA) Grade A
