• Participate in the development and work of training workshops to educate customers about the programs
• Solve problems from users and report problems encountered and troubleshooting.
• Work with development teams to identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise during program development.
• The Smart Patrol System Operator primarily deals with technical issues related to the operation of the software, its workflow and its updates.
