Job Description:

Our Scrum Master should have a clear understanding and knowledge of the Scrum Methodology and be eager to introduce the changes necessaries for achieving this. He or she will deal with different internal companies and some external strategic partners, and needs to interact with all of them in the best way possible giving them support in QA, Software Development, Design, and InfrastructureThis person will be focused on the introduction of Scrum, training and coaching the different teams and defining how to improve communication.

Job Responsibilities:

• Help to redefine the best way to work within the company using the Scrum Methodology
• Train and coach the development Team/s in Scrum
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures
• Provide subject matter expertise in day-to-day issues
• Introduce Scrum in the team and the organization
• Define the best way to work with the team and how the communication needs to be
• Train and coach all the stakeholders in the best practices

Qualification & Experience:

• Excellent team player and team builder
• Ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines
• Programming skills are a plus
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic, and timeline sensitive work environment
• Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
