Job Description:
Ensure the proper functioning of the Hypermarket facilities, managing the preventive and corrective maintenance of the center (CMMS)
Job Responsibilities:
- Guarantee the control of general expenses (electricity, water, etc.) as well as the management of maintenance companies (industrial cold, air conditioning, PCI, etc.)
- Responsibility for the management of the Security and video surveillance of the center, as well as the management of cleaning services.
- Make reports and meetings with the Center’s management to analyze deviations on budget, annual investment proposal and asset tracking.
Job Requirements:
- Valuable higher degree in Technical Engineering specializing in Electricity or Energy Engineering or FP Higher Degree. Valuable geographic mobility for change of residence.
- At least one year of demonstrable experience in a similar position.
Qualification & Experience:
- Specific knowledge in Electrical Installations, air conditioning systems and industrial cold.
