Job Description:

Candidates will be placed in lead or support roles based on their experience and skills. This is therefore an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or young professionals (maximum of 3-5 years of relevant finance experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Working in cross-funtional teams (sales, technical, service design, portfolio & legal), to accurately price new business proposals in accordance with Customer tender requirements.
• Influencing bid teams on key commercial aspects and pricing strategy.
• Presentating business cases at the executive level, ensuring decisions are taken in an open and honest way with full transparency of numbers and issues.
• Supporting initiatives that improve the underlying processes for Commercial & Bid.
• Leading or supporting the Commercial Finance work stream of a cross-functional bid response team; responsible for structuring deals to achieve the right outcome for BT and the customer.
• Ensuring that bids have been costed and priced accurately and have been thoroughly prepared in accordance with BT’s internal policy and adhere to the published governance rules.
• Ensuring that associated material financial risks and considerations are captured and communicated to the approval authorities.
• Working in cross-funtional teams (sales, technical, service design, portfolio & legal), to accurately price new business proposals in accordance with Customer tender requirements.
• Influencing bid teams on key commercial aspects and pricing strategy.
