Job Description:

The Associate Digital Marketing Analyst will help develop and execute strategic marketing plans for Digital Marketing to generate omnichannel sales for Belk.com and stores. This includes the planning and implementation of email and other digital marketing campaigns. This person will collaborate with various cross functional teams including Digital Marketing, eCommerce, IT, and Merchandising as well as outside partners and vendors. This person must have incredible communication skills, be able to adapt to and work with various personalities and see challenges as opportunities. The role requires impeccable organization and project management capabilities. To perform this job successfully, the Associate Digital Marketing Analyst must be able to perform each essential duty of the job outlined below and to accept special projects as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning and executing various types of digital campaigns across email, website, and app
• Coordinate the digital marketing calendar and remain responsive to frequent updates
• Monitor changes to promotion details, alert all appropriate parties when changes occur, and coordinate updates where necessary
• Monitor and QA all marketing assets across email, homepage, app and other digital properties, ensuring the utmost accuracy of campaigns
• Work closely with creative team to execute email marketing and other creative while ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to best practices
• Setup campaigns within our email marketing tool and take a proactive approach in learning new tools and systems
• Perform day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, drafting creative briefs, testing, QA, campaign set-up/scheduling, and pulling reports

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent years of experience
• Specific Degree: Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, English, or related
• Specific work or project experience: Marketing in-house or agency, or other related experience
• Industry experience: Marketing
• Specific work or project experience: Preferably Digital Marketing experience in Email/CRM, Social Media, or Ecommerce
• Industry experience: Marketing
