Job Description:

To provide customers with complete service and an enjoyable shopping experience. Maximize sales, ensuring store presentation meets company standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in reducing stock loss by observing all company procedures.
• Process all sales and collection of customer database in an efficient manner in line with the company procedures.
• Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Retail/Customer Service industry.
• Willingness to work in shifts, special occasions or on holidays.
• Good command in MS office applications.
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Graduate or Diploma holder.
