Cathay Pacific Airways Canada is looking for a Full Time Aircraft Mechanic for the Engineering Team based in Vancouver, B.C. Our Line Maintenance station in YVR provides high quality aircraft engineering support to Cathay Pacific as well as 3^rd party customers. The successful candidate will provide aircraft maintenance services in compliance with the safety standards set by Company and Regulatory Authorities.

Job Requirements

• Right to live and work in Canada
• Good computer and interpersonal skills,
• Fluency in both spoken and written English,
• Tertiary education in aircraft mechanic is required,
• Ability to work well in a diverse and dynamic environment,
• Minimum 2 years aircraft maintenance experience is required,
• Excellent communications skills with a high level of motivation,
• Flexibility to work changing variety of shifts including weekends and nights,

Jobs Responsibilities

• Other duties assigned
• Assist on performing routine aircraft maintenance check
• Assist on trouble shooting, component change and defect rectification
• Perform station routine activities such as technical store, library and tools maintenance
